FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION
To qualify for the free shipping promotion, the products added to the shopping cart (excluding VAT) must exceed a total value of €150 and belong to the following product categories: "SPARE PARTS", "BADGES", "SEAT BELTS", "DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT", "MUD FLAPS", "TOOLS", "MANUALS" or "OILS & ADDITIVES".
This promotion does not apply to products within the OUTLET category (additional discount applied).
The promotion is only valid for Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The Canary Islands are excluded.
The promotion is not applicable to customers benefiting from commercial discounts.
Products belonging to other categories, such as "LAND ROVER ACCESSORIES", are generally bulky or heavy items; therefore, free shipping cannot be offered when such products are included in the order.
In the event that an order contains several references and one or more items are temporarily out of stock, shipment will be completed once stock of the pending item(s) is received.

RETURNS POLICY
All our products are original brands, new or remanufactured products.
Our commitment is to achieve your complete satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money for any product purchased from our store, without additional questions or complications.
If you wish to exchange an item, simply let us know.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return it (according to Article 44 of Spanish Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade, as amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December).
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, and a handling and administration charge equal to 15% of the sale value of the item will be applied.
For genuine original spare parts, the charge will be 15% of the sale value or €50 per item when the sale value exceeds €100.
No returned item will be processed without a return authorization number.
Returns of parts that have been installed or whose packaging is not in its original condition will not be accepted.
Please include a copy of the invoice with the returned goods.
WARRANTY
All products supplied by EIGAS AUTOMOCIÓN S.L.U. are covered by the applicable legal warranty and, where applicable, by the commercial warranty offered by the corresponding manufacturer.
Any warranty claim must be notified in advance to EIGAS AUTOMOCIÓN S.L.U. and processed in accordance with the established procedure.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any part subject to a warranty claim must be returned for technical inspection and evaluation by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.
Acceptance or rejection of the warranty claim shall be determined by the manufacturer or supplier after inspection of the returned part.
For any warranty claim, the customer must first obtain the corresponding authorization number and complete all required documentation.
Failure to follow the warranty procedure correctly or to provide the requested information may result in rejection of the claim.
Once a warranty claim has been accepted, EIGAS AUTOMOCIÓN S.L.U. may, at its sole discretion:
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY COVERAGE
The warranty exclusively covers the repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the value of the supplied part once the claim has been accepted.
Under no circumstances shall the warranty cover:
The maximum liability of EIGAS AUTOMOCIÓN S.L.U. shall, in all cases, be limited to the amount invoiced for the part subject to the claim.
Parts must be installed by qualified personnel and in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's technical specifications.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, the usual delivery time is 12–14 days from order confirmation. Shipping charges include export documentation and transportation costs. Customers are responsible for paying IGIC and import customs clearance charges upon arrival.
For shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applicable in their country.
