The winch bumper is a mechanical device that is placed on the front of the 4x4 in the bumper area and is used to pull the 4x4 with a cable to recover the vehicle in case of a stuck terrain.

With the winch properly installed and with a strong and secure connection, the 4x4 can be unstuck from where it has become immobilized.
