Td5 VGT uprated turbocharger (AG100)
The VGT – Variable Geometry turbocharger acts like a small turbo initially then alters geometry to increase flow in higher revs, giving an improved spread of power across the rev range. Td5 VGT units use a special actuator operated by boost pressure to control the vane angle.
Our VGT is designed to be a direct replacement for the original requiring no mods to the car.
Power is improved throughout the rev range but particularly in the lower and mid-range revs.
Turbo lag is often reduced and compliments any other tuning such as an uprated intercooler.
The kit is supplied complete with all gaskets and new oil feed pipe required to complete the installation.

Direct replacement for the original Garrett with no modifications required.
You will need to supply good quality oil of the correct grade, oil filter and inlet / exhaust gasket (also available on request)
Standard fixed geometry turbo design is always a compromise. Engines need a small turbo to accelerate quickly and improve throttle response (reduced turbo lag), but the small size of the compressor does not allow enough flow for anything beyond mid-range revs. So a bigger turbo is required for medium and high revs and higher flow, but this leads to more lag at the low end.
The VGT variable geometry turbocharger acts like a small turbo initially and then alters the geometry to increase flow at higher revs, providing better power distribution throughout the rev range. Tdi VGT units use a special boost pressure operated actuator to control vane angle.
Power improves throughout the rev range, but particularly at low and medium revs.
Turbo lag is reduced and complements any other adjustments, such as an improved intercooler.
To get the best out of the turbo, it is beneficial to adjust the fuel settings; however, improvements in drivability will be seen even with the standard trim, assuming a healthy engine.

Disco II Diff Lock Linkage The early Disco II's were not supplied with a centre diff lock function although for a couple of years they did have the internals for the centre diff to be locked. During the following couple of years to save costs, the CDL internals were removed. During the last approx 2 years the CDL was offered as an option so on some vehicles the CDL internals were again fitted, a little indecisive maybe ! So, to get the CDL working you may just need the linkage or you may need both the linkage and the internal parts. The linkage is easy to fit and cable operated like the factory version. (AG22)

Boost pin para Land Rover Defender Discovery Range Rover 200 300 Tdi (AG43)
¡Optimiza la inyección de combustible y disfruta de una mejora de hasta 15 cv de potencia!
El boost pin es un mecanismo de la bomba de inyección Tdi, permite limitar la cantidad de combustible a bajas revoluciones y la ausencia o aumento de presión baja. Sin embargo, cuando aumenta la presión para dar automáticamente una mayor dosis de combustible. El pasador excéntrico (Boost pin) le permite ajustar la configuración del motor.
Es muy fácil de instalar. sólo hay que desenroscar los tornillos que sujetan la carcasa de la bomba y sustituir el pasador estándar por el nuevo boost pin.

Ashcroft LT230 ATB Diff (AG589)
There are instances when it’s not convenient to keep the diff locked or to constantly lock and unlock the diff as the available traction dictates, i.e, when racing fast on a low traction surface, the vehicle will not handle well when locked but is likely to wheel spin when unlocked.
Another example of where the ATB would help would be when rapidly changing from high to low traction surfaces, i.e. when driving on snow or ice,
In both of these examples the ATB will limit the amount the difference in propshaft speed and transfer torque to the axle with traction.
The two big advantages are increased traction when unlocked and eliminating the weakness of the stock unlocked centre diff.
Note the ATB centre can still be locked like the stock unit when required, locking the diff is still advised when prolonged wheel spin is anticipated.
We make 2 different types of these as there are 2 different diameters of spline used for the high/low selector hub, the one you need can be identified by either the serial number or vehicle type

Improved Homokinetic Joints Replacement Kit - Need to Change to Improved Bearings (AG592)
The main problem with the later axles is you are limited to the small diameter 32 spline where the shaft enters the CV joint, a very common failure point.
Up until now if you have a later 300 TDi or TD5 front axle you were able to change to the earlier 2522 type (and thus the larger 23 spline shaft) by one of 2 ways, either fit the early stubs and hubs or by using thin phosphor bronze bushes and offset drive flanges, neither option is ideal.
This design of CV means you no longer have to do this, we have made it geometrically identical to the 32 spline CV currently fitted but made to accept our larger 23 spline front shafts.
This means you can remove the existing CV and halfshaft assembly and fit our heavy duty CV joint and halfshaft as a direct replacement.
Now supplied with a FIVE YEAR replacement warranty against failure.
Please note the oil seal fitted to the swivel ball has a different inner diameter between the 23 and 32 spline shaft and will also need changing to stop oil migration, these are supplied with the CV’s. The part number of this seal is 571718.- Product code: AG592

Our new generation of Heavy Duty halfshafts are made from “4340” Alloy Steel and are supplied with a FIVE YEAR replacement warranty against breakage.
These shafts are 24 spline at the diff and 23 spline at the CV, note they will not fit the stock 300 TDi onwards CV joints. Please see the application guide for more info.
In addition to our normal front shafts which are made of the 4340 material we have made a limited quantity of these shafts in 300M material. This 300M is in theory only about 20% stronger but is much more elastic, we have also reduced the main shank diameter down by 2mm to ensure the whole shaft can flex and we have no stress concentrations at the spline ends. Upgraded Rear Axle Kit - 4340 Alloy (AG594)
Our new generation of Heavy Duty halfshafts are made from “4340” Alloy Steel and are now supplied with a FIVE YEAR replacement warranty against breakage
These shafts are made to fit the later “slim” hub driver (15mm) as fitted to the 300 TDI vehicles.
Our rear shafts will need a pair of separate outer drive flanges if you don’t already have them. Halfshafts for the 90 rear up to Vin No LA930456 have seperate flanges so it will not be necessary to replace your existing flanges unless you wish to upgrade to our heavy duty flanges. Halfshafts after this Vin number have integral flanges so it will be necessary to purchase both the halfshafts and the 859 drive flanges.
The halfshafts and drive members we provide are warranted against BREAKAGE, not against wear caused by ‘fretting corrosion’ of the spline/drive member interface. This ‘fretting corrosion’ is a direct result of lack of lubrication, a design fault, and is common on grease filled hubs. We therefore recommend removing the half shaft seal to allow oil to migrate along the half shaft to keep the spline lubricated.- Product code: AG594

Nugget Stuff Replacement Air Filter Box – spare filter and gasket (AG597)

The Nugget Stuff Puma Replacement Air Filter Box solves all the problems associated is the OE box. Made from 3mm aluminium and a machined top inlet to house the original MAF sensor, the new unit is bullet proof and seals tighter than a frogs bum when fitted with a Nugget Stuff Sealed Air Box System. A readily available generic cylindrical filter which has more square area than the original is used to ensure clean air to the engine.

Diff Pegging Kit (AG61)
We are now able to offer a DIY kit for pegging as method of strengthening the Rover differential.
If you are heavily off roading your Rover one of the first mods you will need is to change the diff centre for a stronger one be it either Ashcroft locker, ATB or other, although once you have the diff centre up rated you may still experience a failure of the crown wheel and pinion gears.
The reason for the ring and pinion failing is because when the diff is shock loaded, the pinion will push the crown wheel away as the diff centre flexes, once the pinion teeth start to ride up the crown wheel teeth this can allow the pinion to spin and take some teeth off either gear. We "Peg" the diff to hold the gears in constant mesh by putting a thrust pad behind the crown wheel, opposite the pinion, this means the pinion cannot push the crown wheel away.
Please note as per the fitting instructions below to fit this kit you will have to turn down the outside diameter of the diff centre to 162 mm. if you are buying this kit in conjunction with a new locker or ATB diff we can do this for you for £10. If you would like this done just add 'please turn for pegging' in the comments field when ordering the locker.
This is done by welding a plate on the outside of the diff and drilling and tapping two M16 holes through the plate and through the diff housing. We then fit 2 dog point screws in these holes and two Nyloc nuts on the outside. We fit a phosphor bronze thrust pad inside the diff, which locates on the screws then fit the diff centre back in. Once the diff centre has the backlash and preload set we then adjust the thrust pad in so it lightly touches, then back the screws out a quarter of a turn. It is a good idea to adjust the thrust pad to allow for wear every 6 months or so.- Product code: AG61

Td5 Exhaust Manifold Uprated Stud Kit (AG621)
